Scope
This policy applies to applications published by Artem Umanets that link to this page. Some features and services described below apply only to particular apps or versions.
Information stored on your device
Information you create in the apps—such as timers, meditation progress, favourites, notes, preferences, and game progress—is stored locally on your device. I do not operate user accounts or a server that receives this content. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
Apple Health
Some health and fitness apps may request permission to read or write relevant Apple Health information, such as Mindful Minutes or workout-related data. Access occurs only after you grant permission and is used to provide the app’s health or fitness features.
Health information remains under your control in Apple Health. It is not sent to me, sold, used for advertising, or shared with data brokers. You can review or revoke an app’s access in your device’s Health or Privacy settings.
Device features and Apple services
Depending on the app, you may choose to use device features or Apple services such as the media library, sharing sheet, Game Center, HealthKit, or in-app purchases. These features are provided by Apple and are governed by your device settings, Apple ID preferences, and Apple’s privacy policy. The apps request access only when it is needed for a feature you use.
Advertising, diagnostics, and analytics
Some app versions may include third-party services for advertising, basic usage analytics, crash reporting, or social features. When present, these providers may automatically process limited technical information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising identifiers, interaction data, or crash diagnostics.
Consult the privacy information on each app’s App Store page for disclosures available for that version. Data processed by a third-party provider is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Apple’s privacy controls may limit access to identifiers or tracking. Health information is never used for advertising or tracking.
External links
Some apps may open external websites, social networks, or services such as Wikipedia. Information you provide to an external service is governed by that service’s privacy policy. Simply opening an external link does not give me access to information you submit there.
Website data
This website does not use accounts, advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and access time—to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Support communications
If you contact me, I receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message. I use that information only to respond, provide support, protect my rights, or meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Your choices and rights
You control app permissions through your device settings and can delete locally stored information by deleting the app. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent directly to me, subject to applicable legal requirements. Because I do not receive locally stored app content, I cannot access or delete that content remotely.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when an app, service, or legal requirement changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
